Our Hotspots are each configured and tested before we ship them out. We realize that electronics can fail, and sometimes people mistype their information when ordering. So we are building this support section to be as Self-Care as possible, to give you the resources necessary to resolve most any problem short of an actual failure of equipment. If you believe your equipment has actually failed then please use the warranty request below.
We offer a One Year Warranty on the electronics that make up the MyReadySpot. However we Do Not provide live Free support for codeplug problems, digital id problems, wifi problems, internet problems, lack of knowledge of DMR, changes made to configurations of pistar, etc.
There are ample resources available on the internet, through ham clubs, DMR Information Talkgroups and peer to peer support to help a novice learn about DMR.
Disassembly of the MyReadySpot voids the warranty.
